In addition to the those in the bathrooms we have two separate toilets on ground floor and lower ground (4 in total).

Fully stocked with all plates, glassware and utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave, modern gas/electric Smeg Aga oven/hob, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee machine.

2 large sofas, one double love seat, 1 armchair, pool/ping pong table and television with atmos dolby sonos surround sound. 

On the lower level is a laundry with separate washer, dryer, iron and ironing board should you require them.

On the lower level is a garden with seating and a weber gas bbq for guests use.
